Using the Hagama Rice Pot: A Guide
- Begin by thoroughly washing the rice until the water turns clear.
- For each 180ml of rice, incorporate 210ml of water (maximum capacity is 3 cups of rice).
- Allow the rice and water mixture to sit for about 30 minutes.
- Heat on a medium setting with the lid on for 15 minutes.
- Once you notice steam, turn off the heat after 20 seconds.
- Keeping the lid on, allow the rice to steam for an additional 15 minutes.
- Lift the lid, and you're ready to serve a perfectly cooked batch of rice.
