At Irasshai, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted Japanese products to customers around the world. All orders are shipped directly from Japan with care and attention to detail.
📦 Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days.
- Shipping takes place Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and Japanese national holidays).
- Please allow extra time during peak seasons or holiday periods.

*Small Packets are used exclusively for lightweight items valued under $100 (e.g., soaps, onigiri molds, small utensils).
Note: DHL shipping is available for certain products and destinations and will be calculated at checkout if applicable.
🌍 International Shipping & Exceptions
- Shipping is free worldwide, except to Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Islands, and Mexico, where rates will be shown at checkout.
- Deliveries to P.O. Boxes are possible via Small Packets or EMS only. FedEx and DHL do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- A tracking number and shipping confirmation will be provided once your order has shipped.
💼 Customs, Duties & Taxes
Important Notice:
All international orders are shipped excluding Sales Tax, VAT, Import Duties, and any other applicable fees upon import. These charges are not included at checkout and may be collected by your local customs office upon delivery.
- The recipient is responsible for any applicable taxes and duties.
- Gift orders may also be subject to duties, depending on the destination country.
- Where possible, duties and taxes will be estimated at checkout. For exact rates, please contact your local customs office.
If an international order is returned due to delivery refusal or incorrect/incomplete address, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
