Handcrafted in Japan from hinoki cypress and bamboo, this Japanese seiro steamer brings the warmth of natural materials into your kitchen. Subtle variations in grain and colour give each piece its own character.

Steam circulates around the ingredients, gently cooking vegetables, fish, dumplings and buns while highlighting their natural flavours and textures. Hinoki’s delicate fragrance adds a pleasant touch to everyday preparation. Its simple design harmonises with other Japanese kitchen tools and tableware, bringing warmth and quiet beauty to your daily cooking routine.

Place the steamer above simmering water to prepare simple meals with little or no added oil. Its thoughtful construction and natural materials invite you to slow down and enjoy cooking with seasonal ingredients.
