How to Use

  • Soak soybeans and blend into soy milk
  • Boil and curdle with nigari or lemon juice
  • Line the tofu mold with the cotton cloth
  • Pour in the curdled soy mixture and fold the cloth
  • Place the press on top and let it rest
  • Unmold and enjoy your fresh, firm tofu
