Using the Hagama Rice Pot: A Guide

  1. Begin by thoroughly washing the rice until the water turns clear.
  2. For each 180ml of rice, incorporate 210ml of water (maximum capacity is 3 cups of rice).
  3. Allow the rice and water mixture to sit for about 30 minutes.
  4. Heat on a medium setting with the lid on for 15 minutes.
  5. Once you notice steam, turn off the heat after 20 seconds.
  6. Keeping the lid on, allow the rice to steam for an additional 15 minutes.
  7. Lift the lid, and you're ready to serve a perfectly cooked batch of rice.
