Returns & Refunds
Every piece is handcrafted by Japanese artisans. Our return policy is designed to be clear, fair and respectful of both our customers and the people who make our products.
Return eligibility
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
- Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective or incorrect.
We do not accept returns due to customer error (wrong product, incorrect size or change of mind), even if you offer to cover the return shipping. This is subject to the EU right of withdrawal described below.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or does not match your order, please contact us right away at info@irasshai.store. After reviewing your request, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
Non-returnable situations
- Returns due to customer error (wrong item, size or color ordered).
- Returns sent without prior authorization.
If you are unsure about a product, please contact us before ordering. We will be happy to help.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is eligible, you may send the item back (see conditions above) and place a new order separately.
EU right of withdrawal
If your order is delivered to a European Union country, you may cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@irasshai.store.
