⏳ Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. However, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns are only accepted in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items sent.

Please note: We do not accept returns due to customer mistakes, including wrong product selection, incorrect sizing, or change of mind — even if you agree to cover return shipping costs.

🛠 Damages & Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@irasshai.store. We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if approved.

🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

  • Returns for customer error (e.g., incorrect item, size, or color choice).
  • Returns sent without prior authorization.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return your product (see conditions above) and place a new order separately.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be returned unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
