  • Tofu mold dimensions: 15.5cm/6.1inch x 10cm/3.9inch.
  • Materials: Sawara cypress wood (tofu mold), bamboo sheet, cotton strainer cloth.
  • Origin: Handmade in Akita, Japan.
How to use
  • Soak soybeans and prepare soy milk
  • Line the tofu mold with the cotton strainer cloth
  • Pour in the hot soy milk mixture and add coagulant
  • Place the bamboo sheet on top and press gently
  • Let it set, then remove and enjoy fresh tofu

  • Rinse with warm water and dry thoroughly after each use.
  • Avoid dishwashers or harsh detergents to protect the wood.
  • Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Do not leave soaking in water for extended periods.
