Each Hinoki cutting board is unique, with natural variations in grain and colour that give every piece its own character. Crafted in Japan from a single slab of Shimanto Hinoki, it brings the warmth and beauty of Japanese cypress into your kitchen.

Tosaryu naturally dries the wood for three to six months, preserving its delicate, fresh aroma and natural resistance to moisture without chemical drying agents.

Measuring 24 × 24 cm (9.45 × 9.45 in), this compact Japanese cutting board offers a handy surface for preparing fruit, vegetables, herbs and cheese. Lightweight and easy to handle, clean and store, it fits comfortably in smaller kitchens or alongside a larger board.
