We select every piece in person, check it before it leaves, and ship it directly from Japan. No middlemen, no anonymous warehouse: authentic objects, chosen by a team that lives here.

 How long does delivery take?

Your order is packed in Japan and shipped express. Allow 3–10 business days depending on your country. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

 Will I pay customs fees?

On orders over €200, VAT, duties and shipping are included, so there's nothing to pay on delivery. Below that, the carrier may collect these fees on delivery.

 Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every product is made in Japan and sourced directly from Japanese artisans and makers. We check each one before it ships.

 Can I return an item?

You have 14 days after delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. Opened consumables can't be returned.

 How do I care for my product?

Each product page details the right care. Natural materials such as wood, ceramic and fibres need only simple care and develop a beautiful patina over time.
