The ceramic liner keeps the hibachi hot longer than metal grills. This hibachi is big enough for two steaks that I was able to cook in 8 minutes. The near smokeless charcoal gives them a perfect sear.

This is a well crafted stool and the perfect height to sit comfortably. The smell of the hinoki is soothing. Wonderful product and service. I’ve bought three of these for myself and my family.
